1. I prefer that you have a webpage and on that webpage have a character and their story.

2. I would rather you LINK these images back to me, and where the Candidate will/did impress at.

3. Make a perfect character out of any kind and you will get the LOWEST dragon possible, understand?

4. Any Candidate can be from any Weyr, planet, or place.

5. I would rather you have your own Weyr or Hold to keep your dragons/riders at. I mean, I can't keep up with all of your characters and put them on the Riders page here.

6. I expect you to email me when you have your Character's dragon up, it will make it easier so I can add you to the riders page.

7. You have one month after the Hatching to get your dragons up.
